Keystone Homes can assist you with any needed repairs to your home,
such as roof leaks, termite repair, fire damage, water restoration
and mold remediation to name a few. Or even minor repairs that you
may need.
We act as the general
contractor and will coordinate with all the licensed and insured
subcontractors needed to complete the job.
We will visit you at
the home site; review what has to be done, and any additional items
you might want to be changed. We will get bids and present you with a
formal proposal of what needs to be done and the costs involved. We
will work with your insurance company / adjustor to help you.
We will be actively be
involved each step of the way.
We are also here to
help you with any remodeling and / or additions to your home. We can
add a room, or retrofit your home to become handicap accessible. We
can help you to update your home with new flooring and cabinets, redo
a bathroom, or even reconfigure your interior rooms to make your home
more enjoyable to you.
We will visit with you
at your home to fully understand what you want to do, get the changes
drawn up for your review, and present you with a proposal. We will be
supervising your work on a daily basis.
